Blue Euro 4 in 1 Dangle Earrings With Resin Teardrop
A pair of earrings that are just so beautiful and delicate looking. These earrings are made in a European 4-1 chainmaille weave from ice blue enameled copper rings. Dangling from that are teardrop shaped resin focals with sparkles inside. These stunning earrings measure approx. 3 1/8 inches long. The chainmaille part is 1/2 inch wide while the focal drop is 3/4 inch wide. The length is taken from the tip of the wire to the longest part of the item, (ie. Where the wire goes into your ear to the bottom of the earring.) The ear wires are silver toned. I cater to non-pierced ears! We may charge a fee to post Content in some areas of the Service. The fee is an access fee permitting Content to be posted in a designated area. Each party posting Content to the service is responsible for said Content and compliance with the Terms of Use. All fees paid will be non-refundable in the event that Content is removed from the service for violating the Terms of Use, or if you delete your profile for any reason.

M. LIMITATIONS ON SERVICE

You acknowledge that createinventandsell.com may establish limits concerning use of the Service, including the maximum number of days that Content will be retained by the Service, the maximum number and size of postings, email messages, or other Content that may be transmitted or stored by the Service, and the frequency with which you may access the Service. 9. How do we compare with other on-line marketplace sites?

Create, Invent, and Sell allows you to choose the option to set the exposure and duration of your listing. We don’t charge you any unnecessary junk fees. And distributors will purchase items directly from our selected sellers for their E-Commerce on-line stores.

10. Why were my pics removed from Create, Invent, and Sell?

If your pictures were removed, it was due to one of several reasons. This may have occurred because your account has been deactivated, listing has expired, or because the listing violated another person’s copyrighted work. The listed product or service may also have violated our Terms of Use, due to sexual or other unacceptable content.

Yes, only with the permission from a parent or legal guardian that is 18 years or older, and the account must be set up under the parent or legal guardian’s name and strongly supervised.

13. How old do I have to be to sell on Create Invent and Sell?

You must be 18 years or older to open an account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years or older. The account must be set up under the parent or legal guardian’s name and strongly supervised.

14. I forgot my password, what do I do next?

In the case that you forget your username and/or password, send an e-mail to customer service (Service@createinventandsell.com) from the e-mail address you used to create your Create, Invent, and Sell account and we will reset your password.

15. How do I post a new listing?

Once you register and activate your account, you will be able to login and head to the seller home page where you are able to submit New Listings and view your Active Listings and Drafts.

16. Can I edit or delete an Active Listing?

Drafts can be deleted at anytime but Active listings cannot be deleted. It can be modified as needed for the duration of the listing. New or updated pictures can be uploaded and descriptions of item can be modified. To modify a listing, simply Login to your Seller account and choose the option to View Listings, and click edit on the listing you are trying to edit. Most values will be editable. Once the changes are saved, they will be effective immediately.

17. How can I renew my expired listing?

As the listing approaches its expiration date, you will receive a series of three e-mail notifications with links to allow you to renew your listing for any duration. Once you buy additional listing time, it will be automatically added on to the original listing duration and a new expiration date will be assigned. If you fail to purchase additional listing time prior to listing expiration, your listing will be deactivated and you will have the ability to use the deactivated listing to create a new one.

A copyright is the legal ownership of a work of art. This includes what is normally thought of as art-paintings, sculptures, novels and even choreography. But it also includes creations not typically thought of as artistic, such as computer software, video games, and advertising brochures. The Library of Congress manages copyright registrations and more information is available at www.loc.gov.

What is a “poor-man’s copyright?”

A poor man’s copyright is an old concept designed to serve as proof of when you created an idea. A person writes down his invention and puts it in the mail, addressing it to himself. Once received, it is left unopened. The envelope is dated by the post office, thus proving that it was created by that date. However, the law gives no effect to a “poor man’s copyright” and this action give you no protection over your intellectual property.

What about non-patented intellectual property?

Until you have a patent application on file, you have no protection for your idea. Therefore, if you want to discuss your idea with someone, perhaps to evaluate its market potential, it is important that everyone you share your idea with first signs a “confidentiality agreement” or a “non-disclosure agreement.” Otherwise, you can lose your rights to your idea.

How do I get a patent?

In order to get a patent, you must first file a patent application. This application will undergo a review process at the USPTO that typically lasts 2-3 years and requires filing numerous supplemental documents in addition to the original disclosure. A patent in a complex legal document and it is strongly recommended that you use a patent attorney to aid you in this process.
